Delivery Services 送貨服務
- Our web site accepts Hong Kong order only.
- This delivery services fee and services level are available for commercial area order only. For individual order, customers may have to pay for additional delivery fee.
- Customers can enjoy free delivery services for order of amount HK$500. Customer may choose to pick up their goods in our office at Kwai Chung for small amount orders.
- Order received after cut off time (Monday to Friday – 3 pm ) will be processed in the next business day.
- For orders of office or hardware equipment, customers may have to pay for deposit and our Customer Services officer will confirm the total amount of deposit required before order confirmed.
- Our web price may differ from actual purchase price. If this happens, our Customer Services officer will contact you further on the latest price offered before payment and delivery.
- Regular orders will be processed on same business day and delivered in next business day (except specific areas). Customers may request our goods to be delivered on specific date by writing this request on remarks column.
- Delivery date(s) for specific areas is as follows, except public holiday
- Tuen Mun : Tuesday , Friday
- HK Airport : Wednesday
- NT (North Areas) : Monday , Thursday
- HK (South Areas ) : Monday, Wednesday, Friday

客戶凡於本網站購物滿$500，即可享用免費送貨服務(只適用於商業樓宇)．否則，閣下亦可親自到本公司提取所需商品。 -
本網站星期一至五的截單時間為下午三時正。於截單時間後收到的訂單，會於第二個工作天處理。 -
凡購買文儀器材之顧客，或需繳付帳單上部份金額作為訂金之用途，本公司之客戶服務員將於確認訂單時確定訂金的金額。 -
顯示之價格或會與最終價格有所分別，如有上述情況，本公司之客戶服務員將於送貨及閣下付款前聯絡閣下以確定最後價格。 -
一般訂單將於即日處理並安排第二個工作天送貨(特別地區除外)。客戶亦可於訂購商品時於備註一欄填寫收貨日期。 -

機場：星期三 -
新界北區：星期一、四 -
港島南區：星期一、三、五
